Some things about me

December 09, 2012
I've been tagged over the last couple of months by a few people for a Liebster Award. I have already done this a while ago though (here) so I thought I could still answer a few of the questions because I feel like someone is interviewing me then. Which is awesome. So here it is! (I am sorry if I forgot you nominated me too, please let me know if I did and I'll keep your questions for another time!)

Questions by Emily from Tea Tree Vintage
Are you addicted to anything? (Candy, kittens, vintage, etc.)
Well yes, absolutely. I wouldn't really say addicted but I do have a lot of soft spots. I know many people hate it when strange people pet their pets but I always have the urge to. I never really do it but it just proves how much I love animals. Do you know the movie good luck Chuck? Jessica Alba takes cares of penguins there and that would be amazing. Then there are clothes because I just really them, books and tv-series. I could spend my days reading and/or watching tv-series and I'd be perfectly happy.

What makes you smile?
Lots of things. I have to laugh really fast so I'm always cracking up with funny tv-shows even when other people think they're not really funny. But more seriously, I always get a warm feeling inside when I see the good in the people. And in this world. I know this might sound a little like I'm saying this on purpose but I really love this. More and more these last years.

Do you have any tattoos/piercings?
Yes, I have one tattoo right now! I'm already planning one more though, it's addicting haha. I also had a nosepiercing two  years ago but I lost it somehow and I never got one again. You can see the first stage of my tattoo here. Since I haven't shown a picture of the finished art, I thought I could include one here!

What would you be doing right now if you did not have access to technology?
I would definitely be reading. I have ordered a couple of new books last week because I want to get back at it. I used to read several books a week! Unfortunately, it seems like there's so little time now!

Questions by Hanifah from Wanderlust
Would you change something about yourself?
In my head: yes. But I don't think I would ever really do something. But I guess getting tattoos is changing yourself too, right?

If you could switch lives with someone for only a day, who would it be?
That depends whether we're talking fiction or non-fiction! I'm going to go for fiction since that's what I would really want. I would do probably anything for being able to be Hermione Granger for a day. For the obvious reasons!

Do you think crying is a sign of weakness or strength?
Neither. I think crying is the sign of an emotion. And that emotion can go from sad to angry to happy. I cry a lot! And sometimes I hate it but I can't help it, it's just who I am. I can practically find a reason in every movie to cry, guaranteed.

Pick one, past or future?
The future for sure. One of my personal 'goals' is to try and don't live in the past but in the moment. But if I could choose, I would skip like 2 years or something. I just have a strong feeling that everything will be perfect then. Living alone with my boyfriend, hopefully getting my bachelors degree, etc.

Bodacious Thought naked cat framed tattoo
It is not the best picture ever but I think you guys get the idea. I am absolutely in love with it. She looks just like it! It is still healing a bit though (and the pink of her nose is still going to fade away a little).

  2. I love your tattoo. It turned out great. You should always try not to live in the past. I am horrible about this. I've gotten better. I hold onto so much and it's not healthy. I love watching TV Series also. That's why Netflix is great! Cute post.
