What to wear on a cold day

December 01, 2012
Hey guys, I am so so sorry that this post is only going up today. I (thought I) scheduled my posts last monday but they didn't go up and I'm only noticing now since I took a little break from the internet for a while. I am truly sorry about this mistake. The worst part is that I didn't even have good pictures, haha. Anyway, I'm putting this post up now and my review of November that was supposed to go up today will go up tomorrow. I promise I will make it up with you guys next week!

On another note, I had to choose a back-up winner for the giveaway because the original prizewinner didn't respond at any of my attempts to reach out. So without further ado, the winner is: Adriana from Horses of Ares, congratulations!

For this week's what to wear, I have yet again the painful issue of having to switch between dorms and my house each week. Because that leads to forgetting your camera charger. I know, I'm a dumbass. So this week is: what to wear for crappy iPhone pictures! I hope you guys can see how amazing this cardigan is though. The colours are a little bit different in real life but I think you get the idea. Also, these are my first pair of Dr. Martens and I absolutely love them. I've been wearing them with my green jacket for the past two weeks. I like that one piece in your outfit can give it a little edge! By the way, did you notice that I'm wearing my feather tee again? I can't help but love it!

Now for the cold: you definitely want a hat. Unless you like red ears that are about to get frozen. And in that same categorie: a scarf. When it's really cold out, I like to wear tights under a pair of jeans or just two layers of tights when I'm wearing a dress. Let me tell you, sweater tights are the best. We don't have a lot of luck when it comes to snow though. I'm sure some of you hate it by now but we rarely get any. Let alone on Christmas! I don't even remember having a white Christmas, ever, isn't that sad? So every year I wish and hope for snow on christmasevening or christmasmorning but never any luck. So let's hope again for this year!
